“This letter is to let you know that Dara Brusniak did an exceptional job in my recent real estate transaction, selling my property on Woods Edge Drive in Dallas. To put my comments in better perspective, the referenced property had been on the market for about nine months, when I decided to make a change in real estate agents. It was a bit of a last minute decision, as I was just days away from driving to California. Dara and another agent responded to my call and each examined the property and proposed steps to better market it. I liked Dara’s candidness about the good and the not so good aspects of the house. Her proposal regarding a new price and getting someone to live in the house made sense to me. So, in late April Dara assumed the role as my agent for the property. Over the course of the next month, she did the best job I’ve experienced in keeping me informed of the status of the property, including upkeep of the house. Since I was in a new job in Los Angeles and needed someone I could depend on to watch out for me, this was especially appreciated.

While the above may be standard operating procedure for the agents in your office, this was my first experience with an agent who was to top of things from day one and continually looked out for my best interests. She gave sound advice along the way until we closed the deal.”
